Welcome to Your Pace Personal Training

I am a personal trainer who likes to take the time to get to know my clients. I am known for creating challenging and diverse training programs that suit your personal goals. I am here to help you find a solution that works for you. Our private sessions are carefully designed, taking into consideration not only your goals, but also your ability level, your understanding of exercise fundamentals, and your realistic level of commitment at Your Own Pace.

Personal Training is offered in 60 min sessions.

I provide a complimentary session first, where we meet and talk about your goals, past fitness history and nutrition. We also spend 30min on exercising. It’s important to make sure it’s a good fit.

I provide in home and at the gym sessions.

In home:
I come to your home at your desired time with all of the necessary equipment for a personalized and efficient workout. Whether recovering from a surgery, dropping the baby weight or simply wanting to tone and build muscle. I will hold you accountable to get the desired results.

At the gym:
If you prefer a gym environment, I could meet you at the Apex personal training studio in Cary. Each session contains: a warmup up, main workout and a cool down.

After each session my clients are taken through a series of stretches to realign their tissues, help them recover from their workouts faster, gain much needed flexibility and relieve stress.
